About the Company

Angel Beach Club is situated at the famous beach of Unawatuna, where visitors can enjoy a leisure-focused beach club experience.

Role

Core Responsibilities

1. Content Production

• Produce a minimum of 3 edited Reels per week aligned with the approved content calendar.
• Capture and publish 6–8 Instagram Stories per operational day.
• Provide full social media coverage during events, including real-time Stories and recap Reels.
• Capture high-quality photo and video content that reflects Angel Beach brand guidelines.
• Edit short-form video content for TikTok and YouTube.
• Maintain visual consistency and elevated presentation standards.

2. Social Media Execution

• Execute the approved content calendar.
• Draft captions aligned with the Angel Beach brand tone, subject to review and revision.
• Schedule feed posts via Meta Business Suite.
• Maintain consistency across Instagram Highlights.
• Upload and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and other assigned platforms.
• Ensure timely publishing across all assigned platforms.

3. Supporting Marketing Tasks

• Assist with blog drafts and Mailchimp email newsletter content twice a month.
• Support basic graphic templates or visual layouts under direction.
• Be present onsite during key events and peak operational days.
• Assist the Marketing Team with additional tasks as assigned.

KPIs & Performance Expectations

• Minimum of 3 Reels delivered per week.
• Daily Story consistency (6–8 Stories per operational day).
• Timely execution and scheduling of feed posts.
• Quality and brand alignment of caption drafts.
• Adherence to the approved content calendar.
• Punctuality and on-site event participation.

Requirements

• Strong interest in content creation within the hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
• Proficiency in short-form video editing, particularly Reels and TikTok formats.
• Understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the Angel Beach brand voice.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Professionalism, initiative and accountability.

Working Hours

Wednesday: 1:00pm – 9:30pm
Thursday: 10:00am – 6:30pm
Friday: 1:00pm – 9:30pm
Saturday–Sunday: 10:00am – 6:30pm
