A Content Marketing Specialist plans, creates, and distributes digital content to attract and keep target audiences. Key duties include writing blog posts, optimizing web pages for search engines, managing editorial calendars, running email campaigns, and tracking performance metrics like traffic and conversions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Write, proofread and edit TikTok content, Facebook videos, blogs, articles, landing page copy, email newsletters, and social media posts.
• SEO Optimization: Research target keywords, write meta descriptions, and structure web copy to rank higher in search results.
• Strategy & Planning: Build editorial calendars and map out content that supports product launches, promotions, and brand awareness.
• Distribution & Promotion: Share and amplify content across email, social media channels, and partner networks.
• Performance Analysis: Track metrics such as organic traffic, lead generation, click-through rates, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics.
• Repurposing Content: Update older articles or transform blog posts into new formats like infographics, videos, or podcasts.

Key Skills Required

• Writing & Editing: Strong grasp of grammar, tone, and storytelling adapted to different brand voices.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Familiarity with keyword research and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Surfer SEO.
• Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience publishing and formatting posts in platforms like WordPress.
• Data & Analytics: Ability to read performance reports and adjust content strategy based on numbers.
• Collaboration: Working alongside graphic designers, video editors, and SEO specialists.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a content marketing specialist or any work related experience for the said position.
• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Knowledgeable to use Canva, CapCut or any related applications or software related for the said position.
• Amenable to work from Monday-Saturday 9:00am-6:00pm
• Willing to be assigned in SHAWARMA SHACK HEAD OFFICE (7th Flr. MC Square Bldg. corner Mindanao Ave. Brgy. Tandang Sora Quezon City)
