About the role 

As a Content Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns and creative ideas to life through engaging content across multiple channels. Working closely with the Creative Lead, you’ll support the planning and delivery of photo and video shoots from concept through to execution, ensuring all content aligns with our brand vision. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to develop compelling content, while confidently managing shoot logistics, sample coordination and production administration. This hands-on role blends creativity with organisation, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high quality content across multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the Creative Lead in producing original, engaging content aligned with the marketing calendar, seasonal campaigns, and trends in crafts and hobbies 
  • Organise all preparations for content shoots, including ordering & logging samples, arranging makes & models, and managing shoot logistics 
  • Handle all administration related to content production 
  • Collaborate with a network of freelance creatives, photographers, and agencies as well as internal teams to develop inspiring content 
  • Manage seasonal product packaging process from start to end (including arranging samples, briefing makes, creating shot lists & leading shoot days) 
  • Pitch and brief out content for the ‘Ideas’ section of our website, relating makes to cultural events, new product launches, SEO demand and current crafting trends  
  • Attend and support on all location shoots, and studio sessions as required to support content creation and gather assets 
  • Acquire key product launch/range review information from trade team and communicate to the wider marketing team

Requirements 

  • Experience in building creative briefs  
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel 
  • Excellent written English and proofreading skills 
  • Previous experience working within a photo/video shoot scenario 
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
