Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and create compelling content for TikTok and Instagram, aligning with the latest beauty trends and brand messaging
• Stay updated on beauty & skincare trends in the Philippine market to create content that resonates with our audience
• Analyze content performance using data-driven insights and optimize for better engagement and reach
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand voice across all content
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments and fostering brand interactions
• Experiment with new content formats and storytelling techniques to drive growth and engagement
• If applicable, leverage your personal social media presence to amplify brand content

Job requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing within the beauty or lifestyle industry
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies
• Passion for beauty and skincare, with knowledge of the Philippine beauty market
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Creative and strategic thinker with content planning skills
• Hands-on experience in video editing, photography, and graphic design is a plus
• A personal social media presence with an engaged following is an advantage
