- Develop, plan, and create compelling content for TikTok and Instagram, aligning with the latest beauty trends and brand messaging.
- Stay updated on beauty & skincare trends in the Philippine market to create content that resonates with our audience.
- Analyze content performance using data-driven insights and optimize for better engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand voice across all content.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and fostering brand interactions.
- Experiment with new content formats and storytelling techniques to drive growth and engagement.
- If applicable, leverage your personal social media presence to amplify brand content.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing within the beauty or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
- Passion for beauty and skincare, with knowledge of the Philippine beauty market.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative and strategic thinker with content planning skills.
- Hands-on experience in video editing, photography, and graphic design is a plus.
- A personal social media presence with an engaged following is an advantage.
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
