₱65,000 - ₱75,000 PHP monthly
The Pandemonium Institute (TPI) is the publisher of Blood on the Clocktower, a social deduction game with a passionate and growing global community.
We’re a small, international and highly creative business, and as we enter our next stage of growth, we’re looking for a Community Content Producer to help us bring more of the people, personalities, games and moments around Blood on the Clocktower to life across our digital channels.
This is a hands-on content production role for someone who loves finding the moment worth sharing — whether it comes from a livestream, community event, creator collaboration, interview or hours of raw footage.
You’ll create and edit content for both TPI’s company channels and the personal brand of our CEO and Creative Director, producing everything from reels, shorts and streamer highlights through to longer-form videos, thumbnails and supporting digital assets.
The opportunity
Working from briefs provided by our Community Manager and alongside Marketing, you’ll help turn TPI’s growing volume of footage and ideas into engaging, consistent content.
A big part of the role is not simply being told exactly what to edit. We want someone who can review footage, recognise a brilliant interaction, funny moment or interesting story, and see how it could become a piece of content our community will want to watch and share.
You’ll also help us build greater structure around our content library so that great footage doesn’t disappear into a folder never to be seen again.
What you’ll do
You’ll:
- Produce and edit digital content for TPI's brand and the CEO's personal channels.
- Turn streamer, community, interview and event footage into engaging short- and long-form content.
- Create Reels, Shorts, highlights, clips and social-first video.
- Review raw footage and proactively identify strong moments and content opportunities.
- Create thumbnails, basic graphics and supporting visual assets.
- Repurpose existing footage into multiple formats to extend its reach and value.
- Work with our Community Manager and Marketing team to deliver agreed content priorities and campaigns.
- Prepare content in the right format for different social and digital platforms.
- Organise and maintain our content library, including raw footage, finished assets, file naming and version control.
- Support product launches, community initiatives, events and major announcements.
- Use basic performance data to understand which formats, topics and styles are connecting with our audience.
- Manage multiple production requests and deadlines while maintaining a consistently high standard of work.
Who we’re looking for
You’ll have strong experience in video editing, digital content production or social media content creation, and a portfolio that shows us what you can do.
Ideally, you’ll bring experience:
- Producing short-form content such as Reels, Shorts and highlights.
- Editing footage from streams, creators, interviews or live events.
- Finding engaging moments within longer-form footage rather than simply editing to a prescribed cut.
- Creating thumbnails and basic graphic assets.
- Producing content across multiple social platforms and formats.
- Managing source footage, digital assets and version control.
- Working from creative briefs while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience within gaming, entertainment, creator, community or digital media environments would be a strong advantage.
You should be comfortable working with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Canva, or equivalent professional editing and content-production software.
How we work
TPI is creative, collaborative and a little different from a traditional corporate environment.
We’re looking for someone who can take a brief and run with it, but who is also comfortable asking questions, suggesting better ways of doing things and spotting opportunities that others may have missed.
You’ll work closely with our Community Manager, Marketing team and PA to the CEO, with exposure to creators, streamers and other parts of the business as required.
Attention to detail matters, but so do initiative, judgement and an understanding of what makes people want to watch.
Why join TPI?
You’ll be creating content around a game with an established and highly engaged international community, at a point where TPI is building the foundations for its next phase of growth.
This is an opportunity to have a real impact on how we tell our stories, showcase our community and creators, and bring more of the world around Blood on the Clocktower to our audiences.
