Mapúa University is looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist to lead end-to-end brand storytelling and 360° marketing for the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management, driving awareness, student engagement, and enrollment growth through content and campus activations.

This is a staff-level position

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end brand storytelling and marketing execution for the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management (STHM). This role involves 360-degree marketing—from high-impact content creation (visual and written) to the management of on-campus micro-events—to drive brand awareness, student engagement, and enrollment growth for the STHM campus.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements

• College degree preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or Tourism/Hospitality Management with a strong focus on marketing.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro), and creative copywriting. Experience in event coordination and project management; Strong social media management skills and familiarity with content scheduling tools. Highly creative and innovative, with a "hands-on" approach to content production; Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to manage micro-events independently; Displays strong attention to detail and professionalism suitable for the hospitality sector.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
