Physical Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality physical therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. This role involves patient evaluation, the development of tailored treatment plans, and direct therapy delivery to enhance patient function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and continuously update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians according to practice acts.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and family members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Demonstrated strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Ability to adapt to diverse facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
