Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Web3 NFT and Crypto Marketing Manager at Fracas. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving marketing efforts for associated projects from ideation to execution. You will work closely with the team to lead marketing functions, which includes developing highly effective Web3 & Cryptocurrency strategies across various channels, design & roll-out effective content, and successfully measure the ROI of campaigns. You will be responsible for managing KOLs, ambassadors and cross-community partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Web3, NFT and Cryptocurrency Marketing
• A strong understanding of the mechanics of Web3 and cryptocurrency
• Hands-on experience with NFT marketing and execution of successful NFT launches
• Well-versed with the DeFi world including knowledge of DApps, DeFi protocols, and marketplaces like OpenSea and Rarible
• Experience with data analysis and making data-driven marketing decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A creative thinker, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Salary: £22,000 – £24,000 per annum + Uncapped Bonus.
• Contract: Full-time, Remote.
