Greenpeace France is therefore an activist organization but also an employer of the ESS (Social and Solidarity Economy) which has 160 employees determined to advance our campaigns. Our teams are based at the association’s headquarters in Paris, in our warehouse in Ile-de-France, or in several cities in France for street marketing missions.

The mission of the position

By joining us, you will be part of the acquisition team, attached to the Fundraising department. The team’s main mission is to develop and implement web acquisition and engagement strategies in order to recruit new members and supporters.

Under the responsibility of the Acquisition Manager, your missions will be as follows:

  • You will participate in discussions to develop acquisition tactics by showing yourself to be proactive after analyzing the operations carried out.

  • You will participate in the development of framework notes and briefs.

  • You will manage the production and operational implementation of the campaigns , from the drafting of the framework note and the brief created, to the final recipe and the launch of the campaigns, being responsible for monitoring and respect of planning, budget and internal processes.

  • You will also participate in writing call for donations content addressed to our supporters and prospects.

  • You will also be responsible for optimizing conversion path tracking , updating reporting tools for the acquisition activity of supporters and members; and strategy analysis.

  • You will carry out active sectoral and professional monitoring , in particular by participating in exchanges organized by the AFF (French Association of Fundraisers), France Générosités and Greenpeace International.

  • You will also support certain Greenpeace project teams in web marketing reflection on digital campaigning tactics.

🔎 The profile sought

You are deeply motivated by the cause of Greenpeace and share the values ​​of our organization.

You have experience in project management , in an agency or with an advertiser. Ideally, you know the main levers of digital acquisition, you are comfortable with analysis and statistics tools (google analytics / excel) and you have a culture in digital marketing . You also have an appetite for technical subjects (database segmentation, HTML integration, use of WordPress and CRM marketing tools).

in nature Rigorous , you have operational and analytical qualities and enjoy taking on challenges . You thrive in an environment rich in team discussions, and ideally have experience in digital fundraising.

Since Greenpeace is an international organization, it is also important to be able to read, write and participate in meetings in English.

💰 Remuneration and working conditions

  • Gross monthly remuneration of 2,902.14 euros paid over 13 months

  • 24 days of RTT per year (in proportion to attendance time)

  • worth Meal vouchers €10/day worked, 60% covered by Greenpeace

  • 50% coverage of transport costs (under conditions)

  • Supplementary health insurance covered by Greenpeace at 60%, for you, your partner and your children

  • of 2nd parent leave 6 weeks with maintenance of your remuneration at 100% (subject to seniority conditions)
