Student Marketeer

Our over 4,000 Red Bull Student Marketers worldwide represent the product and brand in their region. They know the Red Bull target group and their job is to promote the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region.

 

The Student Marketeer Program aims to reach new consumers, inspire students at universities and make the Red Bull brand noticeable on campus. To do this, the student marketers come into direct contact with consumers and customers, identify the right consumption opportunities and also participate in Red Bull events to give consumers an unforgettable brand experience.

YOUR ROLE AS A BRAND AMBASSADOR

You can identify with the company values ​​and represent the brand first-class through daily interaction with consumers and customers.
You inspire and convince new consumers of our products by recognizing consumption opportunities and giving them wings at the right time and in the right place – while competently answering all of consumers’ questions.
You will design a tailor-made and innovative campus plan and implement it to inspire students and bring the brand to life on campus.
You will build a strong network, establish and maintain relationships with important opinion leaders in the region.
You promote your brand presence through authentic content on your social media channels.
You will be involved in Red Bull events and sponsored events to provide consumers with an unforgettable brand experience.

YOUR ROLE IN SALES SUPPORT

You will work closely with your regional sales team to identify new sales channels on campus and beyond.
You are motivated to further develop your sales skills.
You ensure the widespread availability and visibility of Red Bull by implementing our point-of-sale standards.

PERFECT IMPLEMENTATION

You are responsible and demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of your tasks.
You like to plan innovative and effective initiatives to get our consumers excited about the brand and product and record them in detail.

Enrolled in a university or college

Fluent knowledge of spoken and written German

Scope of work: at least 38 hours per month

Charismatic, dynamic, positive and open personality

You enjoy making contacts with different people on numerous occasions

Active involvement in student life and in-depth knowledge of the university, the city and the region, including the well-known and lesser-known hot spots
Creativity and entrepreneurial spirit combined with distinctive

Sense of responsibility and great initiative

The ability to combine part-time work and study, ideally being available occasionally in the evenings and weekends

High interest in acquiring and applying new knowledge, particularly in the areas of marketing and sales

Good network with a variety of influential groups and people on campus
