Social Media Manager

*This role is open to any country in Latin America, but preference will be given to those who are able to work hybrid out of our office in Medellin.*

We are a rapidly growing organization with clients from Fortune 500 companies to leading Silicon Valley tech startups, and we’re looking to bring on a Social Media Manager to help us propel our growth. Responsibilities:

• Create a weekly list of content ideas and help outline scripts.
• Work with our videographer/video editor on perfecting the editing of the clips and providing any needed feedback for each clip.
• Upload a clip 5x per week to our CTO’s social media: TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Youtube shorts with relevant captions.
• Spend time engaging with other accounts everyday/responding to comments.
• Create memes, repost CTO’s content/other content to LinkGraph social medias.
• Follow/unfollow accounts everyday.
• Lead social media on any additional brands launched.
• Work with marketing team to support other marketing efforts.
• You are responsible for the growth strategy and execution of all of these accounts with the primary focus being our CTO’s Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Adapting in the role as needed.

 

Requirements:

• Experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Experience or knowledge of SEO is a huge plus!
• High energy and ambitious.
• Strong written communication skills.
• A strong ability to navigate multiple social media accounts at once.
• Highly organized and creative.
• A positive attitude and willingness to jump into dynamic projects.

Salary:

$8-10 an hour
