We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of significant achievements in social media, including generating a large number of views on videos and amassing a substantial follower base. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence, enhance our brand awareness, and bolster our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales departments to create engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Define and track key social media KPIs to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Manage and oversee the creation of engaging and informative social media content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends.
  • Utilize social media marketing tools to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement, and suggest content optimization strategies.
  • Engage with industry professionals and influencers via social media to expand our network and increase brand visibility.
  • Analyze the performance of social media campaigns and provide insights to senior management.
  • Lead, train, and provide feedback to team members to foster a collaborative and productive environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with significant achievements, such as high video views and a large follower count.
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs, SEO, and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with social media marketing tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and web design.
  • Ability to conduct audience and buyer persona research.
  • Excellent multitasking, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $200,000.00 per year
