We are looking for a creative and passionate social media person to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our social media, creating and implementing content strategies that engage our audience and strengthen our online presence. In addition to seeking and strengthening partnerships with other influencers in the digital marketing market who can add even more to our platforms!

If you have exceptional communication skills, are proactive and know the latest trends on social media, such as currents, trends, viral content, memes… we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content strategies for social media.
  • Manage and monitor the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create and schedule daily content posts.
  • Interact with followers, responding to comments and messages quickly and effectively.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with the company’s overall marketing objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify content trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor marketing movements of major streaming platforms, such as Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, among others, and apply relevant insights.
  • Develop partnerships with influencers and other relevant brands.
  • Participate in brainstorming meetings and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Produce monthly reports on social media performance and present insights to the management team.
  • Being in front of the camera recording video content, demonstrating products and participating in visual campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Not being afraid/embarrassed to appear in front of the cameras.
  • Solid knowledge of social media best practices and trends, including platform algorithms and engagement strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Creativity, attention to detail and design skills.
  • Solid knowledge of social media best practices and trends.

Differentiators:

  • Knowledge in analyzing metrics such as Google Analytics, among others.
  • Solid knowledge of social media best practices and trends, including platform algorithms and engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing market and other influencers thereof.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related field is desirable.
