Social Media Assistant

Mint Collectables is a leading retailer specializing in sports cards, trading cards & accessories. Currently based in Chermside, Brisbane we are looking to add more team members to our expanding business.

Role Description

This role is for a Social Media Assistant and is flexible for both part time and full time applicants. As a Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for creating engaging social media content across multiple platforms such as Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram and content for our websit. Managing and scheduling posts, monitoring social media channels, and interacting with our online community. This role may include assistance with customer inquiries. This role is based in Chermside, Brisbane and will include mostly work on site with the potential for some work from home, as well as travel opportunities.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in social media content creation and marketing (via another business or personal social media content creation)

Strong writing skills with the ability to create captivating content

Knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices

Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content

Experience with social media analytics and reporting

A Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Content Creation related is advantageous but not a requirement

Knowledge of the trading card/collectables industry is highly regarded but not a necessity
