Responsibilities:
– Develop brand strategies, including tone of voice and identity, ensuring consistent communication aligned with the company’s values.
– Create attractive and persuasive content for social media, ensuring that messages are clear and impactful.
– Produce arts and visual materials for various channels, such as LinkedIn, website and newsletters, using your creative skills and knowledge of best design practices.
– Edit videos, especially in the Reels format, to create dynamic and engaging content.
– Schedule and schedule posts on social media, maintaining a consistent and optimized schedule to obtain maximum engagement.
– Actively participate in strategic planning, providing insights and suggestions to optimize the company’s online presence.

Requirements:
– Experience with brand strategy and identity creation;
– Skill with copywriting for social networks, capable of creating impactful and persuasive messages;
– Mastery of the main graphic design tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva;
– Knowledge of video editing, especially for the Reels format;
– Familiarity with scheduling posts on social media;
– Ability to work as a team, collaborating with other professionals and areas, focusing on achieving planned results.
