Key Responsibilities

  1.  Product Management:
    • Managing product listings on the e-commerce platform.
    • Ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications.
    • Monitoring product availability and managing inventory levels.
    • Conducting market research to identify new products and trends.
  2.  Marketing and Promotion:
    • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
    • Managing digital advertising campaigns (e.g., PPC, display ads, social media ads).
    • Optimizing product pages and website for search engines (SEO).
    • Planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
  3.  Customer Service:
    • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
    • Providing product recommendations and assistance with the ordering process.
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
    • Monitoring customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  4.  Analytics and Reporting:
    • Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Generating reports on key e-commerce metrics (e.g., conversion rate, average order value).
    • Utilizing analytics tools to track website traffic and user behavior.
    • Making data-driven decisions to optimize the e-commerce experience and drive growth.
  5.  Logistics and Fulfillment:
    • Coordinating with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
    • Managing warehouse operations and fulfillment processes.
    • Optimizing shipping methods and costs.
    • Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
  6.  Website Management:
    • Overseeing the technical aspects of the e-commerce website.
    • Collaborating with web developers to implement new features and improvements.
    • Testing website functionality and usability.

  7.  Partnerships and Vendor Management:
    • Cultivating relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts.
    • Identifying and onboarding new vendors and partners.

  8.  Strategy and Growth:
    • Developing long-term growth strategies for the e-commerce business.
    • Identifying new market opportunities and expansion prospects.

    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Have strong written, oral communication and presentation skills
• Have good knowledge or interest in event management and the alcohol industry
• Possess the ability to work well under pressure, manage your own workload and meet tight deadlines
