About the Team:
The Media Coordinator is a critical role for the NAM marketing team. As a Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the paid media team. This will include assisting with the briefing process from start to finish which includes planning timelines, kick off with agency, feedback coordination, finalization of plans, and post campaign analysis. Additionally, you will serve as a primary POC to all internal stakeholders when it comes to paid media plans and activations and ensuring what we share is reflective of the final plans and post-performance. This role will report into the Manager for Paid Media and support the channel leads

 

Your Role as a Media Coordinator:

 

  • Handle traffic duties for all channels – TV, Display, Direct, Affiliate, Social, and Programmatic.
  • Coordinate plan and reporting feedback to agency.
  • Run weekly performance reports.
  • Partner with GTM/Brand team to support campaign activations.
  • Partner with analytics team to align on channel goals (media + business) and how team is pacing to goal and spend.
  • Partner with manager to support global efforts and tests.
  • Manage the media invoices.

 

Craft your career with us if you have:

  • 2 years proven track record in managing digital marketing projects.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in highly matrixed organizations, often with competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with media execution.
  • Foundational knowledge of digital paid media a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Adobe Analytics Experience a plus.

 

NYC Salary : $65,000 to $70,000 commensurate with experience
