Role Overview
As the Marketing Manager for our company, you’ll play a crucial role in navigating the
digital landscape alongside our visionary founder. Your mission is clear, to leverage the power
of storytelling and community engagement to enhance our brand presence and foster
meaningful connections with our guests.
Through strategic social media management, you’ll craft compelling content that
resonates with our followers, inviting them to embark on immersive journeys with us. From
showcasing the thrill of exploration to fostering a sense of camaraderie among our online
community. your efforts will inspire curiosity and fuel the desire for authentic adventure. Join us

Responsibilities:
1. Branding Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine our
branding strategy, ensuring it reflects our company’s values, objectives, and target
audience. Lead efforts to evolve and enhance our brand identity over time.

2. Social Media Management: Drive our social media presence, developing engaging
content calendars, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering community
engagement. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in social media
marketing to continually optimize our approach.
3. Content Creation and Management: Oversee the end-to-end content creation
process for diverse marketing channels, including websites, social media, newsletters,
blogs, reviews, videos, still imagery, Know Before You Go (KBYG) materials, and CRM
(reservations system) communications.
4. Second Stage Content Gatekeeper: Act as the primary steward of our brand voice,
content and messaging. Edit and refine content, including product descriptions and
other materials, to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines.
5. Social Media Management: Drive our social media presence, developing engaging
content calendars, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering community
engagement. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in social media
marketing to continually optimize our approach.
6. Website Optimization: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our company
websites, ensuring they serve as effective hubs for information, engagement, and
conversion. Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement enhancements
and improvements.
7. Newsletter Campaigns: Develop and execute engaging newsletter campaigns that
inform, educate, and inspire our audience. Utilize segmentation and personalization
strategies to deliver targeted messaging and drive desired actions.
8. Content Distribution: Develop and implement strategies for maximizing the reach and
impact of our content, leveraging channels such as email marketing, SEO, paid
advertising, and influencer partnerships.
9. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives,
using data-driven insights to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and
inform future strategies.

10. Influencer Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with relevant
influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our message and reach new audiences.
Coordinate influencer campaigns and partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand
values and objectives.
11. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the video production team,
including editors, shooters, and potential talent, to ensure the seamless creation and
delivery of high-quality video content aligned with brand objectives. Coordinate with
community managers to cultivate and engage our online community effectively.
Requirements:
Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Social Media Manager.
Proficient consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO.
Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with good multitasking and
organisational ability.
Fluency in English.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, New Media preferred.
