Equals Five is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and energetic B2B Marketing Manager to join our team!

Please note, this is a contract role.

The Role:

You will have the opportunity to work closely with the founder and owner to execute tactical projects across a wide variety of clients. This is a hands-on, implementation/operational role that requires excellent time management skills, great attention to detail, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the founder and owner to develop and execute marketing deliverables for our core team and for our greater portfolio of clients
• Manage and implement lead generation campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, digital marketing, social media, desk and market research, and more
• Utilise marketing software and tools proficiently to optimise campaigns and track performance
• Conduct desk research to gain insights into client industries and market trends.
• Solve marketing-related problems creatively and efficiently
• Work independently to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and achieving objectives

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing with a generalist skill set within the B2B sector
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Spotler and social media management platforms.
• Exceptional time management skills and a keen attention to detail
• Strong adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to think critically
• A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach to work
• Previous experience in a marketing agency is a plus
