At Housfy we are looking to expand our marketing team with a trainee , which provides support to the teams of brand y PPC .

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Analysis : Creation of Reports, definition of metrics and analysis of the Performance of the Acquisition Channels and Management Teams
  • Marketing campaings : Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, from the development phase of promotional materials for them, the activation and monitoring of results, in coordination with the marketing department, PR, digital marketing and design agencies . Support in online recruitment campaigns
  • Stakeholder Management: Relationship with those responsible for the Acquisition departments to guarantee the achievement of the set objectives.
  • Be the owner in the project management and budget control.
  • Administrative support : Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing presentations, data entry, and organizing events.
  • Direct reporting and exposure to senior leadership of the marketing team.

What do we expect from you?

  • Student of ADE .
  • You are an analytical, proactive, creative, curious and action-focused person.
  • You like to work as a team and collaborate to solve new challenges.
  • High knowledge of Excel.

What do we offer you?

  • Internship of 6 months of internship with real possibility of subsequent incorporation in the team.
  • Paid internships (€800 gross/month).
  • Hours Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Startup in the process of consolidation with offices in the technological center of Barcelona (22@).
  • Ownership from day one to guarantee experience, learning and development with the possibility of contributing ideas and procedures that add value to the business.
  • Monitoring your evolution and learning.

En Housfy buscamos ampliar nuestro equipo de marketing con un/a trainee, que proporcione soporte a los equipos de brand y PPC.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Análisis: Creación de Reports, definición de métricas y análisis del Performance de los Canales de Captación y Equipos de Gestión
  • Campañas de marketing: Ayudar en la planificación y ejecución de campañas de marketing, desde la fase de desarrollo de materiales promocionales para las mismas, la activación y el seguimiento de los resultados, en coordinación con el departamento de marketing, las agencias de PR, marketing digital y diseño. Soporte en las campañas de captación online
  • Gestión de Stakeholders: Relación con los responsables de los departamentos de Captación para garantizar la consecución de los objetivos marcados.
  • Ser el owner en la gestión de proyectos y control de presupuesto.
  • Soporte administrativo: Ayudar con tareas administrativas, como la preparación de presentaciones, la entrada de datos y la organización de eventos.
  • Reporting directo y exposición al senior leadership del equipo de marketing.

  • Estudiante de ADE.
  • Eres una persona analítica, proactiva, creativa, curiosa y enfocada a la acción.
  • Te gusta trabajar en equipo y colaborar para resolver nuevos retos.
  • Alto conocimiento de Excel.

¿Qué te ofrecemos?

  • Internship de 6 meses de prácticas con posibilidad real de incorporación posterior en el equipo.
  • Prácticas remuneradas (800€ brutos/mes).
  • Horario de lunes a viernes de 9h a 18h.
  • Startup en proceso de consolidación con oficinas en pleno centro tecnológico de Barcelona (22@).
  • Ownership desde el primer día para garantizar experiencia, aprendizaje y desarrollo con posibilidad de aportar ideas y procedimientos que aporten valor al negocio.
  • Seguimiento de tu evolución y aprendizaje.
