Job Brief

 

The Marketing Executive will be primarily responsible for campaign management for Henzoll from briefing through to execution and post-campaign review. They will also be responsible for managing long term brand and partnership activations, supporting the management of Henzoll’s social media channels/platforms and brand health tracking. They will be working with the Head of Marketing, as well as internal and external stakeholders to effectively execute multi-channel campaigns, optimise them and drive our business objectives.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • End-to-end campaign management from planning and cross-functional enrolment to execution to post-campaign reporting
  • Assist with overarching marketing planning
  • Drive campaign planning process and asset distribution
  • Manage campaign execution for Digital Media (Paid Search, Display, Social Media, etc)
  • Evaluate data and create to monitor and determine campaign performance
  • Manage long and short-term brand partnerships and collaborations
  • Manage ongoing relationship with Paid Media Agency, integrating reports and ensuring efficiencies and optimisations
  • Support the Digital Producer to manage owned social media and EDM channels
  • Work closely on developing social strategy
  • Drive follower engagement and growth
  • Support and partner in content creation
  • Digital community management
  • Partner to manage influencer and content creator programs
  • Manage influencer tracker
  • Oversee Social Media Content Calendar
  • Oversee editorial and EDM program
  • Support the Ecommerce team to ensure website performance and brand alignment
  • Partner with Fulfilment team to ensure Marketing team is up to date with product availability
  • Support the Business Development Manager with ensuring retailers are set up with up-to-date campaign collateral and marketing materials
  • Manage brand marketing yearly budget to achieve yearly revenue, marketing and business targets
  • Brand experience marketing support
  • Where required, attend and support any events, marketing initiatives with PR, Partnerships and Trade Events, eg Baby Expo
  • Helping enquire or contact partners, vendors or external stakeholders; ad hoc hands on help with VM of events and brand representation

 

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any related field with a strong quantitative background
  • 3+ years proven working experience in marketing, brand, agency or sales environment
  • Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, META and GA4
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a basic understanding of organic acquisition such as SEO
  • Creative in identifying target audiences and engaging branded campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Capable of generating meaningful reports
  • Proficient in operating platforms such as MS Office, Canva
