Marketing Executive

As a Regional Marketing Executive, you’ll be part of a tight-knit team who are the primary point of contact for Specsavers store partners in their local division for any queries or help they need. Working closely with the Stores Trading team, you’ll provide a full marketing service for the UK stores, assisting with the planning and roll-out of local marketing activity. This will include recommending, briefing, proofing, and approving work, regularly monitoring and analysing store performance, in-store launch marketing plans, concession launches, store relocation marketing plans, and much more.

 

This role will be home-based in Birmingham (or surrounding areas) for the initial induction and training period (up to 6 months). Thereafter, you’ll travel to stores in your division on average 1-2 times a week, so you’ll need to hold a full current driving license with access to a vehicle to be able to travel independently.

 

Though the team is small, the potential is huge. You’ll have a real opportunity to make this role your own. Plus, with your exposure to so many different business areas, you’ll immerse yourself in the day-to-day, absorbing lots of knowledge from our highly skilled colleagues, enabling you to learn everything you need to know about our marketing teams.

 

If you have previous commercial marketing experience, ideally in a retail environment, this role will be perfect for you. Especially if you have a good eye for detail and enjoy getting your head down doing data analysis and reporting, as well as being out and about talking to people and building new connections. You’ll have great collaboration and communication skills and will thrive in a fast-paced changing environment.
