We’re currently a 10-person strong team, and we need you! Our customers love us, and our investors back us. We plan on growing our team to 20 by the end of 2024 and have very ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond. We need you!

Requirements

We’re looking for a Marketing Engagement Specialist to join our (currently) 1 person marketing team. You’ll be responsible for driving consumers to engage in our food community and meal planning platform including:

 

  • Email Marketing: Developing strategy & content including welcome flows, behaviour based messaging, promotions & offers, and reactivation emails.
  • Social Media: Developing strategy, creating content, and scheduling. You’ll be prepared to jump into the kitchen yourself to produce engaging & fun food content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
  • Community Management: Grow our community, making it a super fun & welcoming place for our consumers.
  • Consumer Sampling: Providing free food samples from our brand partners to our consumers. In charge of managing sign ups, monitoring engagement & follow up surveys.
  • In-platform updates: You’ll be the marketing contact for all consumer engagement platform updates. Working closely with our epic technology team to bring these changes to life.

 

To work well in our team you’ll have:

  • Fantastic communication skills, love to seek feedback and enjoy collaborating with others.
  • A love for using data to determine performance and to drive continual improvement. Email open rates, CTRs, social media reach & engagement rates will be your jam.
  • The ability to manage multiple marketing channels at once. Though don’t worry – we’ll work as a team & give you clear direction on priorities.
  • A love for making a difference for our consumers, passionate about how we can improve their mealtimes, and are prepared to advocate for them.
  • The ability to deal with the uncertainties and dynamics of a start-up, but this gives you a lot of freedom and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas.

  • Meta and TikTok
  • Hubspot
  • Google Analytics
  • Social Media Content Creation
  • Video & photography skills would be a bonus

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. In addition, you’ll be eligible to participate in our employee stock ownership plan.
