Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Create and execute marketing campaigns to boost awareness and enrollment across all programs, including daycares, camps, and school locations.
• Content Creation: Develop content for digital channels (social media, email, website) and promotional materials.
• Digital Marketing: Manage social media platforms, implement SEO/SEM strategies, and track campaign performance.
• Event Marketing: Promote and coordinate events like workshops, open houses, and community outreach.
• Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with community groups, local businesses, and partners.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, opportunities, and competitors to optimize strategies.

What you’ll need:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO/SEM.
• Analytical mindset with experience in measuring campaign ROI.
• Expertise with HubSpot marketing and CRM.
• Creativity and the ability to innovate in marketing approaches.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Graphic design (Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Photography and video editing.
• Public relations experience.

What We Offer:

Salary: $50,000 – $70,000/year based on experience and performance.
