As a Marketing Consultant at Mindwell, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and attract new clients. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to identify target markets, refine messaging, and execute campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our psychiatric practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the mental health industry.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the practice’s goals and objectives.
  • Manage and enhance the practice’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Create compelling content, including blog posts, articles, and multimedia materials, to engage target audiences and establish thought leadership.
  • Plan and execute advertising and promotional activities to reach potential clients through various channels, such as print, online, and events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including clinicians and administrative staff, to ensure marketing initiatives align with clinical services and operational capabilities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with relevant regulations, including HIPAA and ethical guidelines for mental health professionals.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, referral sources, and community organizations to expand the practice’s network and referral base.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with experience in the US healthcare or mental health sector is a must.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills(English), both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in mental health practice.
