About the company

We are is are launching an exciting, creator-led social media entertainment brand, in the luxury property niche, created by UKL, the UK’s leading film location agency. Using UKL’s property portfolio, the brand will  explore the most unique, inspirational and stylish properties, uncovering the unexpected and surprising details that make them special. Picture a handmade, queen-size bed worth £25k with a built-in dog bed for a Chihuahua, a vast walk-in wardrobe housing 1000’s of designer shoes and bags on a revolving rack, or a bedroom with a slide leading directly to a pool! Our content will captivate, delight and reveal the stories behind these extraordinary properties, making them both authentic and relatable to our community.

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Junior Content Creator & Social Manager to be part of the success from the start. You will be responsible for creating and managing content across our social platforms (hero platform – Tik  Tok and secondary, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts). We are looking for someone that’s genuinely passionate about creating high-performing social content that captures attention, sparks conversation and builds a large, engaged community. Under guidance, you’ll contribute to our growth strategy by meeting reach, engagement and content output targets.

Who are you? 

– You live and breathe social media and can easily spend hours watching videos online
– You have skills and experience in planning, shooting and editing high-quality social content on mobile
– You have a sound understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and what drives engagement
– You write well and succinctly and have excellent attention to detail
– You are unbelievably organised, you plan your work and always deliver on time
– You are interested in interiors/luxury property
– You have creative Tik Tok ideas, and a clear understanding of content creation
– You are a quick worker and thinker, who comes up with their own solutions and can listen and take guidance well
– You are an ambitious go-getter, who is keen, hardworking, fun, trustworthy and loyal  – you’ll work alongside the CEO and your opinion and work will matter from the get-go

Key responsibilities

– Manage the schedule and output of content across Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
– Plan, film and edit engaging and shareable made-for-social content, both planned and reactive
– Create graphic elements or assets for social media posts
– Daily maintenance of the social channels ensuring they remain relevant and up-to-date. This includes activities such as writing captions, replying to messages and fulfilling growth tactics across all platforms ensuring success metrics are met
– Recognise and capitalise on current content trends and turn these into ideas relevant for our brand and target audience
– Travel to properties across the UK to capture content
– Regularly monitor insights using social media analysis tools, and reviewing and reporting on effectiveness to maximise results
– Work with the creative team to develop content ideas that captures attention, sparks conversation and builds a large and engaged community
– Build positive, long-term relationships with external creators and brands
– Always adhere to brand guidelines when posting content, ensuring all content is reflective of our tone of voice
– Stay current with emerging production tools, technologies and platform formats as well as platform changes
– Support with script writing and storyboard, ensuring there is always an entertaining and story-led arc to our content

Skills and experience 

– Experience creating and running regular output social media channels – either your own, or through working on a brands account
– Able to film and edit creative content for Tik Tok and repurpose it, so it’s native for other platforms
– A working knowledge of all social media platforms
– An understanding on how to do audience analysis, able to tailor content to a range of demographics
– Have an understanding of how we can use AI to make the production process more efficient
– Impeccable communication skills – both written and verbal
– Strong editing experience is essential, preferably using Premiere Pro
– A basic understanding of media law a bonus, but not essential
– Meticulous attention to detail
– Experience planning and delivering to tight deadlines
– An understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube Shorts as a user
