This full-time remote position works directly with the CEO & President of Wholesome Story to lead marketing initiatives across the company. Your core mission is to turn this brand into a household name, helping reach our financial goals (annual and quarter) for 2024. This means defining and implementing a unified strategy, setting a high bar for our team members, and giving visibility to the organization about your team’s contributions.

Working closely with the CEO & President, Junghwa & Shinghi, you’ll build a strong rapport and have a pivotal role in executing initiatives vital to the brand’s growth.

You’ll drive all marketing projects, utilizing your knack for social media, advertising, brand strategy, and team leadership to contribute to the evolution of Wholesome Story’s brand and market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  • Expand brand presence beyond Amazon.
  • Establish measurable goals and KPIs (CAC, ROAS, Contribution Margin, etc).
  • Ensure compliance with regulations
  • Drive brand education and awareness.
  • Foster a high-performance marketing team and manage external partners effectively.
  • Provide visibility and accountability.
  • Achieve financial goals for 2024 and beyond.
  • Intimate knowledge of Meta Ad Platform, Klaviyo, Social Media Platforms, and other industry tools.

  • Seasoned Marketer: 7+ years of marketing experience, adept at strategy and execution.
  • Wellness Enthusiast: Passionate about Women’s Wellness, eager to drive growth in the industry.
  • Strategic Mindset: Capable of providing valuable insights and making data-driven decisions.
  • Self-Driven Leader: Excels in independent and team settings, and thrives managing up and down.
  • Flexible and Adaptable: Thrives in fast-paced environments, adept at managing multiple projects.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving marketing goals and delivering measurable impact.
  • Able to meet 1-1 with us during NA work hours at mutually agreeable time slots.

Salary Range:

$40,000-$60,000 USD
