The ideal candidate will support the Digital Marketing Lead in executing the company’s digital marketing strategies and achieving its goals. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team and earn in US dollars while working from home.

Earning Potential: $1,000+ USD monthly

Location: Remote

Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm EST (flexible)

How we’ll set you up for success

  • Complete onboarding program to understand the industry, platform, and ICP.
  • Access to the entire team daily for support (marketing, dev and sales teams).
  • Ongoing professional development, book club, levelling up skill set, coaching sessions.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
  • Utilize various marketing channels such as email, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising to reach target audiences and maximize engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead to implement and optimize lead generation strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
  • Create compelling marketing content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts to attract and engage potential customers.
  • Assist in the management of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to streamline marketing processes and improve lead nurturing and conversion rates.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation with a proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Proficiency in implementing and optimizing cold email and paid ads campaigns for B2B audiences.
  • 2+ experience working at a startup or SaaS company, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience with tools such as Apollo, Hubspot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Flawless English communication skills; both written and oral.
