Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Content Production Specialist. The Content Production Specialist will be responsible for producing various types of content for Adamant’s educational products and marketing strategies. You will work directly with our leadership to bring the ideas to life into compelling and engaging content. You must be able to create engaging text and visual content, be adept at operating multiple online platforms for content distribution, and be well-versed in fostering customer engagement. Our ideal candidate is someone skillful in transcribing dialogues into long-form content mimicking the tonality of our leadership. Experience with event promotion, social media management, and lead-generation activities is a must. This remote position necessitates a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative individual who also understands the fundamentals of market research and digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in content creation and growing metrics that matter – newsletter subscriber count, views, downloads, follows, etc.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with an acute attention to detail
• Ability to mirror a specific writing style
• Experience in producing various types of content such as blogs, white papers, web copy, reports, and other materials
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Experience in utilizing social media and other platforms to promote content
• Familiarity with SEO practices and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz, etc.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task and meet demanding deadlines
• Experience with event promotion, content creation and distribution, lead generation, and social media management.
• Experience with using AI generation tools to create and scale content production and distribution
• Familiarity with design basics to create attention-grabbing graphics.
• Proactive & dedicated with excellent time management skills.
• Strong research skills and understanding of digital marketing and market trends.
