We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate COMMUNITY MANAGER to join our mobile app development team.

Requirements

• Major in Communication Sciences, Marketing or related fields.
• Have 2 years of experience as a community manager, social media manager or similar positions.
• Have specializations in Digital Marketing.
• Have knowledge of writing and tools for social networks.
• Have experience in designing and planning digital campaigns.
• Have capacity in content management.
• Have knowledge in measuring statistics and metrics.
• To have knowledge in photography and video.

Functions:

• Moderize the accounts and the community by responding to comments and messages.
• Design the social media strategy of the company’s accounts.
• The image of the company
• Develop a digital strategy for each of the social networks (Sungram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn)
• Planning an action plan
• Creating audience patterns, monitoring, and performance on social media and creative writing.
• Monthly monitoring performance report.
