Training courses are developed, taught, planned and supported within the 5 units of the OI. Based on the DJI Leadership Vision and the resulting memorandum Permanently anchoring leadership in DJI, the OI is tasked with setting up a new unit. Within the unit yet to be established, all DJI-wide activities will take place in the field of leadership development and professionalization. You work together with the communications advisor and the communications officer of the OI.

As a Communications Officer – Leadership at the OI:

  • You are responsible for internal and external communication regarding the newly established Leadership Unit.
  • Contribute to broad awareness of the OI in general and the Leadership unit in particular.
  • You manage the intranet page, the Leadership and the newsletter and you enjoy delving into the technical possibilities to make optimal use of these media.
  • Organize your communication around that activities are organized and report on them via the available channels
  • Do you have a good pen and do you edit texts, articles and news items for the website, intranet, social media, newsletters and the training catalogue? To do this, you collect the information yourself, for example through an interview. You are lyrically precise.
  • You ensure the order/production or folders/brochures/momotion materials through an external supplier (quote request, order, briefing, test inspection)
  • Are you proactively looking for communication opportunities. You do not wait until you receive an assignment, but you come also unsolicited with ideas, products and advice.
