Communications, Marketing and Lifestyle Events Coordinator

The prestigious Dainfern Golf Estate has a vacancy for a Communications, Marketing and Lifestyle Events coordinator. In this roll you will shape our brand identity through communication, marketing and public relations, engage with residents, and co-ordinate estate events of world class standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Ambassador & Community builder: Foster a strong brand & sense of community.
  • Digital Marketing Specialist: Implement effective digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, web content and newsletters and advertisements.
  • Content Creator: Craft compelling content showcasing our lifestyle, amenities, and events.
  • Visual Designer: Create visually appealing promotional materials.
  • Strategic Marketer & Analyst: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies with consideration of market trends.
  • Event Coordinator: Manage various events seamlessly.
  • Collaborator: Work closely with sponsors and partners.
  • Budget Manager: Efficiently handle marketing and events budgets.
  • PR Liaison: Cultivate positive relationships with local media outlets and social media roll players.
  • Detail-Oriented Professional: Ensure accuracy and professionalism in branding and messaging.
  • Adaptable Team Player: Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Golf Enthusiast (Advantageous): Familiarity with golf industry operations.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Prioritize excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents, visitors, and stakeholders.
  • Contracts Management: Oversee SLAs with outsourced service providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
  • At least 8 years proven experience in related environment
  • Excellent computer and social media skills is essential
  • Excellent creative and professional writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in event organization, marketing, and social media management
  • Flexible after-hours/weekend availability is needed
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer-oriented and well-organized with the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
