Cinema Marketing Assistant Intern

Start of internship : between mid-August/early September 2024

Monthly salary: €1000 gross, restaurant vouchers

Position: Cinema Marketing Assistant

Missions  :

• Help with the organization of events around film releases, and management of their various suppliers:
  • Previews
  • Private screenings, special events, etc.
• Assistance in setting up promotional partnerships:
  • Prospecting for promotional partners
  • Brief, monitoring and creative validation
  • Ordering and tracking goodies
  • Partnership reporting
• Help with relations with cinemas:
  • Monitoring deliveries of materials, goodies, etc.
  • Development of communication tools with the rooms (newsletters, etc.)
• Monitoring of Media partners
• Sending material to various Sony partners and subsidiaries

The intern will be integrated from strategic thinking to the implementation of these activations

Required profile :

• Interest in the audiovisual sector and experience in the sector appreciated
• Very good level of English essential
• Good knowledge of digital
• Rigor, organizational and editorial qualities
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills

Miscellaneous: Mandatory internship agreement, no apprenticeship contract
