Campaign Manager, part time 3 days a week, permanent.

£40,000 – £45,000 pro rata + benefits

Work from home with regular travel to London

Change the Race Ratio is the UK’s leading campaign to increase racial and ethnic minority representation in business leadership. Launched in 2020 the campaign has attracted over 100 signatories including some of Britain’s largest businesses such as Aviva, Deloitte, EY, Sage and Schroders.

The campaign manager is a pivotal role for Change the Race Ratio, working closely with the CEO to grow and develop the campaign and the products and services we offer. The campaign manager will manage the communications plan for the company and play a leading role in the delivery of a packed events calendar.

The type of work you can expect

  • Speaking with business leaders and ED&I Directors to understand their successes and challenges in increasing ethnic minority representation in leadership roles
  • Writing and drafting case studies showcasing signatory progress
  • Managing our social channels creating engaging content that sparks a conversation
  • Event management – speaker sourcing, event promotion and writing briefing documents
  • Representing Change the Race Ratio at high profile diversity and inclusion events

What you’ll bring

  • A passion and experience of diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Good writing and communication skills with experience of a variety of channels from social to more formal reports
  • Experience of developing and nurturing business relationships
  • Creativity and ideas to help develop our service offer
  • Analytical thinking, to ensure we can measure the impact of our work
  • Previous experience of managing or supporting the delivery of high-quality events
