Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Role: Social Manager
Location: Swansea HQ onsite (Monday-Friday)
Salary: £35,000- £40,000 plus a quarterly bonus (All win together lose together)

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in growing social media followers and driving engagement across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, developing strategic content, and fostering community engagement to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.


Social Growth:
Have proven experience and knowledge in Social pages growth especially Instagram and TikTok.
Knowledge in how to grow all platforms (including but not limited to: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin). Develop and implement social media strategies to increase follower growth, brand awareness and engagement.

Social Management:
Manage social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive community around the brand.

Optimization & Performance Analysis:
Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to stay ahead in the industry.
Analyze social media metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize content performance, grow followers, and improve engagement.
Track and report on social media performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.

Paid Social:
Not essential but a bonus: Have knowledge of Paid social strategies and ways to enhance our organic social media strategy through the use of paid.
Paid social is an existing part of Au Vodka but sits with our E-commerce team. Collaboration with Marketing and E-commerce team is essential to this role and growth with our socials.

Leadership:
Lead the social team to achieve the Marketing team’s goals whilst coaching and developing the team of two to develop in their individual careers.

Social Follower growth Targets before FY26:
Instagram: 500k TikTok: 500k Facebook: 350k Linkedin: 50k Twitter: 50k
