We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Growth Marketing Manager to join our high performing Growth team at Chip HQ in London (Hybrid: 3 days min per week in the office). The ideal candidate will contribute to business growth through the acquisition of new customers and deposits into the various saving and investment accounts within the Chip wealth app.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Develop and implement strategies to set competitive interest rates for different savings accounts across price comparison websites in order to achieve maximum growth, whilst balancing business unit economics.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor rates to ensure Chip’s offerings are attractive and competitive.
  • Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to refine interest rate strategies and improve performance.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to create compelling campaigns that highlight Chip’s competitive rates.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on interest rate performance and market positioning.
  • Develop and implement incentivisation strategies to drive cross-sell of other Chip savings and investment accounts, build balances and encourage users referrals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to refine incentivisation strategies and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the product, finance, operations and customer support teams to align growth strategies with overall business goals.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of price comparison websites and their impact on customer acquisition.
  • Understanding of business commercial KPIs, revenue margins etc
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
