JOB OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Manager of Brand Marketing, the Brand Marketing Coordinator will support our team’s campaigns and day-to-day operations. You’ll work in a multi-faceted role and be responsible for coordinating advertising assets, liaising with agencies and internal stakeholders, and overall team administrative duties. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong organization skills and an excellent eye for detail.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Provide support in the planning and execution of CCS’ advertising campaigns.
  • Support the trafficking of all advertising assets across all mediums including but not limited to TV, online video, social, programmatic display, search, digital, print, out of home, etc.
  • Review all staging links and proof assets against the copy deck and final creative before it goes live
  • Support the creation of all initial search builds to ensure CCS has best-in-class search executions to maximize donation revenue
  • Gather CRM lists and prepare documents for media usage
  • Work with internal stakeholders, marketing colleagues (ie. graphic designers, Quebec team members) and agency partners to support the achievement of overall objectives
  • Contribute to organizational brand alignment by supporting and coordinating brand review requests
  • Provide day-to-day project coordination including financial tracking to ensure the success of our team and the organization
  • Actively contribute to our culture of justice, belonging, equity, diversity, and inclusion by ensuring that all staff feel represented and heard regardless of their gender, age, religion, ethnicity, and nationality or race.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Undergraduate University degree, preferably with a Marketing, Communications or Management focus and/or a combination of relevant Marketing, Communications or Management experience
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to prioritize and support a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Superior interpersonal skills and professional presence necessary to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience supporting the execution of advertising campaigns across traditional and digital marketing channels
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics is a bonus but not required
  • A passionate self-starter who is eager to learn new skills and apply learnings to advance CCS’ vision and mission.
  • Experience in a health-related environment or cancer organization is an asset
  • Bilingual (English/French) is preferred
