ABOUT THE ROLE: It’s an exciting time to join the Retail Marketing team, you’ll be at the centre of launching new brands, products and services driving growth through the Numatic group. The Retail Marketing Executive will be responsible for producing marketing solutions across a variety of channels, writing and editing copy, proofing and checking completed work in detail. As Marketing Executive, you will support the Retail Marketing Manager and wider business in building our global marketing capability, partnering with sales teams across group to brief, develop and execute campaigns that build awareness, develop leads, and provide support to the sales process.

 

This role will contribute to marketing effectiveness by assisting with short and long-term activities that will support market growth by developing campaigns, marketing design and programs for relevant products and directing promotional support.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Act as a point of contact for information relating to marketing activities within retail, communicating progress and requirements to relevant stakeholders and internal managers.
  • Deliver marketing activities and project within defined deadlines and drive continuous improvement for best practice, guidelines and rules.
  • An eye for detail with creative copy writing, editing and proofing.
  • Looking after and auditing content to make regular updates across retailers.
  • Produce and maintain detailed specifications, objectives, requirements and documentation throughout a marketing cycle.
  • Develop, manage and execute projects in NPD and existing products working with internal stakeholders.
  • Engage with the team, to ensure the best solution is developed to support continuous improvement through innovation, commercialisation and business need.
  • Use creativity and influence; represent your team with other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support on reporting on weekly activities, following market trends and brand performance across competitors, categories and retailers.
  • Working on social media, working with across our design teams, supporting by briefing and creating content.
  • Creating and executing marketing campaigns and content aligned to the overall marketing strategy and content plan. • Creating awareness of and developing the Henry brand.

 

ABOUT YOU:

 

Retail product knowledge or Sales and Marketing experience.

 

  • Experience in multi-tasking and decision-making skills. • Experience in copy-writing, editing and/or proofing.
  • Demonstrate up to date knowledge with the latest marketing trends. • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Enjoy engaging with varied teams, stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
  • Experience with Meta, Google Analytics, AWIN, Dot Digital, Adobe Commerce for marketing would be beneficial but is something we can provide training on for the successful candidate.
  • Degree educated in Marketing or English (Not essential but favoured)

SALARY: £23,000 – £27,000 p.a DOE
