Are you looking for a work-study opportunity that will allow you to develop your marketing skills while actively contributing to the development of our organization’s resources?

Your main objective in joining us will be the following: Contribute to the deployment of the digital strategy and action plan with the aim of acquiring and retaining donors, with a view to developing digital fundraising.

Your missions are as follows:

  • Help with setting up the End of Year Campaign
  • Contribute to campaign planning and coordination.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to maximize the impact of the campaign.
  • Monitoring of the Routing Planning of E-mailings and their Implementation
  • Ensure compliance with the email sending schedule.

Coordinate the technical and logistical implementation of shipments.

  • Creation of Email Content
  • Write and design attractive and relevant content for our email campaigns, based on marketing targets and objectives.
  • Creation of Creations for Digital Media
  • Design visuals and digital media to support marketing campaigns.
  • Animation of the Donor Space
  • Manage the online donor space by publishing news and engaging content.
  • Develop actions to strengthen donor engagement and loyalty.
  • Updating Indicators
  • Ensure monitoring and regular updating of performance indicators.
  • Analyze data to suggest improvements and optimize campaigns.
  • Registration of Donations

Desired pace: 4/1 days in company or 3/2 days.

Prior experience in digital marketing is desired.

Training: Currently undergoing Bac+4 to Bac+5 training in marketing, communication, management or equivalent field.

Skills: Good command of digital marketing tools, writing skills, organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of DTP tools (Photoshop, Indesign, Canva…), the office pack, Google tools (Google Ads, GA4, GTM…).

Terms of employment

Status: 12-month work-study apprenticeship or professionalization contract

Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)

Our compensation package:

Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months

21 days of RTT (prorated according to time of presence)

Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF

Transport: 50% of the package between home and work

Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of 8 euros)

Social benefits: social works, reductions on cinema tickets

  • Teleworking: Open to everyone from mainland France. Our teleworking policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 12 days per month is planned at headquarters, with time dedicated to meetings and collective events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory attendance per week for your integration into the team.
