YFG has the largest targeted audience of food and drink lovers in the region, 300K+ across the website, social media, app and e-newsletter database. Working with prestigious clients across Yorkshire to showcase the top dining destinations.

The role

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing client’s multi-channel digital marketing campaigns from start to finish. Building strong relationships and repeat business by ensuring that the YFG team deliver the most effective campaigns with excellent customer service.

Day to day tasks

  • Digital marketing campaign management from start to finish
  • Lead and deliver the overall content strategy
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Distributing tasks and briefs to the relevant YFG team members
  • Lead planning session with team and clients
  • Liaising regularly with clients to keep campaigns on track, share results and re-book.
  • Responsible for booking in client content shoots and sharing shoot brief with venue.
  • Feeding back to clients following campaigns with the stats results (across email/web/socials).
  • Identify new business opportunities for sales team.
  • Oversee account management and client content deliverables.
  • Making sure that YFG delivers engaging online content with CTAs to achieve client goals.
  • Complete monthly reporting, analysing insights and implementing any required changes.
  • Reporting back to clients on the results.
  • Re-book campaigns with existing clients.
  • Identify sales opportunities for new and existing members for YFG’s social team.
  • Manage a team of social media executives/freelancers/influencers/presenters and writers.
  • Advocate the brand and attend relevant events and launches.
  • SEO and keyword research knowledge to drive content ideas.

Experience required

Essential

  • 2 years + experience in an account management/campaign delivery/marketing manager role for digital media/agency.
  • Experience in multi-channel marketing – email marketing, website, socials.
  • Use of analytics across Meta, Google, email marketing etc.

Desirable

  • Use of HubSpot for campaign and team management.

Salary & Location

  • £28,000 – £33,000 based on experience
  • Leeds city centre office (next to train station)
