Position Overview: We are looking for a driven and experienced Social Media Manager to take charge of our Instagram accounts. The perfect candidate will be proactive, self-driven, and have strong sales and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instagram Management:
• Share content provided by the company on your social media page.
• Engage with followers by monitoring, responding to, and interacting with their comments, messages, and mentions.
• Collaborate with the sales team, conduct outreach, and respond to clients.
• Daily Messaging:
• Send at least 100 messages per day across 3-4 company social media accounts.
• Build relationships and drive business growth by engaging with potential clients, partners, and influencers.
• Sales and Outreach:
• Use sales techniques, including cold calling, to generate leads and opportunities.
• Enhance sales through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship building.
• Work towards sales targets and goals on a commission-based structure.

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Instagram.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram algorithms, features, and best practices.
• Excellent written English skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous sales experience, particularly in cold calling, is preferred.
• Ability to work 6 days a week and manage multiple accounts effectively.
