We are now hiring for a digital marketing and social media executive. Property industry experience is not essential but would be preferable. £37,000 – £40,000 depending on experience

We need someone with significant experience in direct-to-consumer marketing across paid digital media channels, especially social media advertising and search marketing. They will need to bring a creative mindset with the ability to create compelling ads across multiple audiences and channels. You’ll also have strong analytical skills with a proven ability to collect and interpret data, using insight to make proactive recommendations for optimising our activity. The role will be placed at our Paddington branch 4 days a week and 2 day working from home.

  • Cultivating, growing and driving engagement with our social community via strong social content and community management.
  • Executing digital marketing campaigns across paid social media, display, PPC and other relevant digital marketing platforms.
  • Using Semrush – help the company run digital marketing strategies, like SEO campaigns, social media, and content marketing campaigns.
  • Drive optimisation – you will be working to enhance our SEO and PPC engagement
  • Own day-to-day running of the social calendar and scheduling on the Fraser & Co social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn with support from the marketing team where appropriate.
  • Write social copy, schedule content and publish daily across platforms, adapting style and content to the audiences and role of the platform – from LinkedIn to TikTok. Work alongside the Marketing Manager to ensure the organic social activity is relevant and to a high standard.
  • Be obsessed with all things social and stay abreast of latest platform developments and trending activity to identify opportunities for organic social to jump on.
  • Maintain the Fraser & Co tone of voice, ensuring all posts are aligned with the brand.
  • Be creative and agile in a fast-moving environment to maximise opportunities for connect trending moments to the brand.
  • Executing briefs and campaigns.
  • Report on social engagement and traffic analytics on a daily, weekly and monthly level to gain learnings and direct future activity.
  • Stay on top of social trends, providing feedback to the wider team on new innovations.
  • Self-shoot, upload and edit video content for all of our channels.
  • Help build and create location guides content on TikTok and our Website and work with the team to develop new ideas.
  • Initiative to go above and beyond what is asked, to demonstrate enthusiasm for your role as a digital expert in the marketing team.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Deep knowledge of Google PPC and GA4
  • Confident communicator, comfortable presenting and influencing teams.
  • Proficient in CapCut, Photoshop, or Canva and Semrush or similar tool.
  • Creative, organised, and detail-oriented.
  • Team player with strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Committed to delivering bold, effective communications.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in social media and digital marketing
  • Strong copywriting, keywords and storytelling skills.
  • Proficient in video editing and content creation for all platforms.
  • Skilled in analysing data for reporting
