We have quickly amassed a social following of over 150,000 and we are looking to build a rockstar team ahead of our next phase of growth.

🤎 YOUR ROLE

As the Influencer Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in amplifying SOLSKIN’s influencer marketing strategy as we enter our next phase of growth. Your main responsibilities will include outreach, gifting, and coordination for influencers on Instagram and TikTok.

We have a very lean and flat structure so you’ll be reporting directly to the Managing Director, and working closely with one of the Founders.

💼 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and Engage: Select influencers on Instagram and TikTok for gifting based on our company strategy.
• Gifting & Support: Send samples weekly to selected influencers and follow up to gather feedback and discuss partnership opportunities where relevant.
• Data Learnings: Collect and input media packs, insights, and link click data from influencers into our database.
• Affiliate Management: Set up and manage affiliate partner requests.
• Database Maintenance: Continuously update the database with relevant metrics for the management team.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of thriving in a remote team environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for staying current on influencer trends and activities.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, or equivalent tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent data entry skills.
