Content Producer

Arbor Heights Swim & Tennis Club in West Seattle, Washington, seeks a part-time, remote content producer to create registration and other forms on the Member Splash platform to support our summer youth teams, youth and adult lessons, and social events.

Member Splash is a database with a user interface which allows for the creation and publication of forms suitable for members to register for events and volunteering. The enterprise software is supported by the Member Splash platform via help text and forums, and through a Facebook user group.

This position is remote but successful candidates will be able to work on Pacific Time.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

Experience

-1-3 years of experience in Content Management Systems or in front-end web production

-1-3 years of experience with Word Press CMS

Skills

-Ability to work with a variety of clients and create forms with quick turnaround

-Analytical skill set, including the ability to predict what clients might need

-Flexibility and curiosity: Solving issues in MemberSplash requires good detective skills and experience with online help forums and text.

Duration: Spring/Summer. June through August.

Terms: Seasonal contract with renewal subject to rehire process and evaluation per Arbor Heights Club guidelines.

Salary: Range is flat fee of $3,000-$4,000, depending on start date and depending on experience.

Hours: Hours are at producer discretion, with the understanding that forms need to be produced quickly, and questions answered within a 24-hour period.
