London South Bank University are excited to be recruiting for the post of Marketing Officer within our Marketing, Admissions and Communications division of our Student Journey and Operations department.

This position will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to join a positive and welcoming team, coordinating the delivery of marketing plans and content, and on-line and in-person student recruitment events.

You will also gather customer insight to help inform the development of marketing plans and the University’s portfolio USP guides, and you will support the Portfolio Marketing Managers in providing advice and delivery of activity to Schools.

  

 

About You:

We are looking to hear from candidates with the below skills and experience.

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar marketing role.
• Experience of developing and implementing customer-focused and integrated marketing plans utilising the full communications mix.
• Basic understanding of project and campaign management skills – ability to manage simultaneous tasks, prioritising multiple deadlines and managing relationships with a number of stakeholders and agencies.
• Familiarity with Higher Education and/or experience of working with students.
• Ability to analyse data, identify insights, and propose solutions.

You will need to be a team-player, able to work collaboratively with others, build strong working relationships, and disseminate and share knowledge and information, and have good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly for a variety of audiences using copy and visual assets.
