Social Media Manager

We are a dynamic UK-based Aesthetics company looking for a creative and skilled Remote Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media and digital marketing, and who is eager to make an impact in a growing business. As a remote worker, you will be instrumental in shaping our online presence and engaging with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging content, including posts, reels, and adverts, tailored to our UK audience.
• Monitor social media trends and implement strategies that align with our brand goals.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and cultivate a strong community presence.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Perform ad hoc tasks related to digital marketing as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in social media management is preferred, but not required.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent content creation and writing skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including every other weekend.
