Position Overview:

As the Head of Email Marketing at Twisted Fox Creative, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing cutting-edge email marketing strategies. You’ll lead a talented team to create impactful campaigns that captivate audiences and drive engagement. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our email marketing approach, driving growth, and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative email marketing strategies to achieve client objectives, including audience engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
• Lead the email marketing team in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing email campaigns from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize email performance and deliver measurable results, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and messaging preferences, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to drive innovation and competitive advantage for clients.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for the email marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Monitor industry regulations and compliance standards related to email marketing, ensuring adherence to best practices and legal requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for all email marketing needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing, with a track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms, ESPs, and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and pushing the boundaries of traditional email marketing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working in a client-facing role and managing client relationships.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards related to email marketing, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
