We are looking for a person who seeks to be part of a company with a broad, exciting future and a collective culture, who has skills and experience in media companies, in the design of global strategies in social networks that drive the growth of the different communication channels of the company, establishing an action plan and defining the KPI’s to achieve it.

Features:

· Develop, manage and monitor the strategy necessary for the growth of the company’s social networks.

· Define the KPIs that will measure the performance of the strategy in the different communication channels: indicate where the strategy is compared to the objectives and the deadlines to achieve them.

· Guide, give guidelines and be continually involved with the Community Management team to ensure compliance with social media objectives.

· Stay informed about updates to social platforms, good practices and communicate them to the Community Management team.

· Know the needs of the target audience, the brands and offer a notable value proposition on the different social networks

· Develop reports for the editorial and commercial team that demonstrate the performance of the different formats on social networks.

· Identify opportunities for growth and improvements within social platforms: provide continuous feedback on the content that is distributed and its performance on the different social networks.

· Ensure the health of brands on social platforms, as well as transmitting its value and tone at the time of publication of the content and interaction with the user.

Training and Skills:

Professional social communication and/or related

Minimum experience of 5 years, essential in media companies, as a digital strategist, Social Media and/or Community Manager.

Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, Crowdtangle and Google Search Console

Knowledge of administration and optimization of Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
