Salary: £44,000 to £48,000 (35 hours FTE) depending on experience
Place of work: Hybrid, including some attendance to the office in Hatfield as part of your role, and attending our All Staff Together days 4 times a year in our office.

Here at Crohn’s & Colitis UK we’re looking for a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing & Content Manager who can help us cut through the noise and reach the people who need us most.
We’re looking for a digital leader and strategic thinker who can help drive the rollout of our Social Media and Content Strategy. We need someone who can take responsibility for the delivery of the charity’s Digital Strategy, and who really understands what it is work with a Hub and Spoke approach. You’ll need a good head for safeguarding too – as the safety and wellbeing of those who use our social channels is paramount.
Our digital marketing content and social media channels are the first point of contact many people have with Crohn’s & Colitis UK. We need someone who can amplify our voice and lead the way with excellence as we continue to make our presence known.

Our location
We are based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, so we are easily accessible by road and rail. But one thing we have learned is that we are able to work very effectively from home. In this role, there is plenty of scope for doing that, although there will be times when you will need to be at face-to-face meetings and the charity meets four times a year in the office at our mandatory ‘All Staff Together’ days. It is possible therefore you could live almost anywhere in the country. If you want to be considered for the role but are worried about location, talk to us – it may work!
